3. Cookie Policy

4. Strict Protection of Mentor Verification & Financial Data
Edunetic India takes the security of our mentors' sensitive personal data with the utmost seriousness.
SECURED DATA
All highly confidential credentials provided for verification and commission payouts—including your physical address, PAN, [Aadhaar/Identity Details], bank account number, bank branch name, and IFSC code—are locked down securely. This data is restricted strictly to our internal financial and verification teams on a need-to-know basis. It is heavily protected against leaks and will never be shared, traded, or exposed to external companies, other students, or unauthorized third parties.
5. Student Consent-Based Sharing (No Data Selling)
We believe in absolute transparency and ownership of student data.
Zero Data Selling
Edunetic India maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against data brokers. We will never sell, rent, or trade student names, email addresses, phone numbers, or photos to marketing agencies or third parties.
Strict Consent for Opportunities
If a partnering college, institution, or corporation wishes to contact a student for an internship, placement, or career opportunity, Edunetic India will not automatically hand over their contact info. We will first inform the student about the specific opportunity. Only after the student explicitly reviews the details and provides their formal consent will their data be shared.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion Rights
Users have full control over their account data and retention periods.
In-App Deletion
Users (both students and mentors) have the right to request or initiate the deletion of their accounts directly through the settings panel within the Edunetic India mobile application or website.
Manual Deletion Request
If your account remains active or if you prefer manual processing, you can simply email our support team at info@eduneticindia.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Deletion Timeline: Upon receiving a valid request, Edunetic India will permanently wipe your personal identifiers (such as phone numbers, emails, and profile photographs) from our active databases within 7 working days.
7. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay aligned with platform upgrades or changing digital privacy laws in India. When material updates are made, we will actively notify our users via in-app dashboard alerts, emails, or WhatsApp messages. Continued use of Edunetic India after receiving these notifications confirms your acceptance of the revised privacy terms.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and data protection rules, Edunetic India has a designated channel to address data privacy disputes, security complaints, or consent pull-backs.

Welcome to Edunetic India ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any services provided by us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. About the Service
Edunetic India is a unified skill-learning platform designed for Gen-Z. We connect students (including school and college students) with industry mentors, providing access to free and paid courses, workshops, seminars, and webinars, alongside career and skill-building opportunities.
3. Eligibility and Account Creation
Target Audience
The Platform is primarily designed for school and college students looking to acquire industry-ready skills.
Minors (Under 18)
If you are under the age of 18 (a "Minor" under Indian law), you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use this Platform, register an account, and participate in any free or paid courses/workshops. Parents or guardians accept full legal responsibility for the Minor’s actions on the Platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Mentor-Generated Content
Edunetic India hosts content created by third-party mentors. Per independent agreements signed with these mentors, Edunetic India retains exclusive rights/ownership over this content for the duration of the active mentor contract.
User Restrictions
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal educational purposes. You may not record, download (unless explicitly permitted), replicate, distribute, or resell any course materials, videos, or workshop content found on Edunetic India.
5. Fees, Payments, and Gateway Liability
Edunetic India strives to make education accessible while supporting quality industry mentors.
Pricing
Edunetic India offers both free and paid courses, workshops, seminars, and webinars. Prices are listed on the Platform and are subject to change.
Payment Processor
We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway to process all financial transactions.
Technical Glitches: Edunetic India is not responsible or legally liable for any transaction failures, deductions without course access, or technical glitches caused by Razorpay or your banking institution. In the event of a glitch, we will actively coordinate with Razorpay to investigate and make reasonable efforts to either ensure you receive your course access or help facilitate a resolution, but the ultimate liability rests with the payment processor.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We maintain a structured policy to ensure fairness for both students and mentors.
Pre-Launch
Pre-Launch Cancellations
If you purchase a course before its official launch date, you may cancel your enrollment at any time prior to the launch for a full refund.
Post-Launch
Post-Launch Refund Window
Once a course has officially started/launched, you have a strict window of 7 consecutive days from the launch date to claim a refund.
No Refund
Post 7-Day Window
After the 7-day post-launch window has passed, absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the user's original payment method within 15 business days.
7. User Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy
Edunetic India maintains a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment, especially given the participation of minors and industry mentors.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Prohibited Behavior: Abuse, harassment, hate speech, spamming the chat, sharing inappropriate content, or disrupting live webinars, seminars, or workshops is strictly prohibited.
Immediate Enforcement: If a student violates these rules, Edunetic India reserves the right to immediately remove them from the live session and permanently suspend or terminate their account.
No Refund on Ban: Students suspended for behavioral violations forfeit all rights to a refund for any purchased content.
Legal Action: Edunetic India reserves the right to initiate formal legal proceedings against individuals who engage in severe misconduct, defamation, cyberbullying, or illegal activities on the Platform.
8. Certification and Opportunities
Certificates
Students who successfully complete a paid course on Edunetic India will be awarded a certificate of completion. Free courses do not automatically guarantee certification unless specified.
Opportunities
Paid students participating in eligible webinars/courses will get access to exclusive internships, career placements, or educational opportunities. These opportunities may be backed directly by Edunetic India or facilitated through third-party corporations, colleges, schools, or institutions. Edunetic India facilitates these connections but does not guarantee employment or specific selection outcomes by third-party partners.
9. Intellectual Property Protection and Leak Prevention
Protecting our mentors' hard work is our top priority.
Our Duty to Mentors
Mentors trust Edunetic India with their valuable Intellectual Property (IP). We owe a strict contractual and professional duty to our mentors to protect their videos, notes, code, and study materials from unauthorized distribution.
Zero Tolerance for Leaks
Downloading, screen-recording, sharing, or uploading Edunetic India content to external platforms (including but not limited to Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or torrent sites) is strictly illegal.
Legal Action for Infringement: If any user is found leaking, selling, or distributing our platform's content, Edunetic India will immediately terminate their account without a refund and initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings for copyright infringement and theft of Intellectual Property.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of this Platform must be filed exclusively in the competent courts located in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Modifications to the Terms of Service
Right to Update: Edunetic India reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time to reflect updates to our platform, changes in the law, or new company policies.
User Notification: We won't keep you in the dark. When we make material changes to these terms, we will actively notify you through the platform's internal notification system, email, or WhatsApp messages.
Continued Use: Continued use of the platform after such updates are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
